The most poignant point you make here is that you do not partner with anyone who is not passionate about your opportunity or YOU!! I also 'interview' people for my business rather than desperately try to recruit as many people as possible. Bottom line..you create a 'rod for your back' when you take on those who lack passion because they end up blaming you for their inevitable failure and taking so much of your coaching time...Love it!!
