Miessence Getaway Day 4
The second last day of the retreat saw some more meditation in the morning, green smoothie, another 90 minute yoga session following that and then back in the sauna and spa! Narelle did a talk on her Miessence Berry Radical, Deep Green and Protein powder superfoods and Colin taught some more Taiji. Following that, we managed to bump into our little friend below.. who was relaxing on the rocks.
The last night of our retreat and Colin lit a lovely little campfire which really is one of my favourite things. Great friends and like minded conversations were thoroughly enjoyed. 🙂
Miessence Getaway Day 5
The last day of the getaway and Colin had us up at 5:30am again for the final bushwalk and meditation in the morning.
I woke feeling really lethargic in the morning. After another 90 minutes of Yoga however, I felt 100% again! Amazing – the mind/body connection. Colin also gave us a FREE Yoga mat so we can practice at home. I was quite happy with that!
I had a second ‘colonic’ as one wasn’t enough and felt even more FANTASTIC afterwards!! (no photos provided sorry), we had a group shamanic healing and then at 1:30pm after 5 days of juices and green smoothies we had SOLID FOOD! Oh my god it was awesome to eat again! 🙂
We then took our group photo below and went our separate ways before the ‘Unleash’ Ecopreneur conference at Miessence HQ the following day.
The retreat was just FANTASTIC – and I loved every day of it. It was lovely – very low-key with heaps of free time to simply breathe, take a walk or take a swim in the beautiful magnesium pool. I must say it’s been much more relaxing than flying to Cambodia and visiting Angkor Wat last year – but just as much, if not MORE – transformational. Thankyou Colin, Narelle and Alf!
