The Ultimate MLM Script… Be Like Dumbo!

To really dominate network marketing you need to be using the following MLM script or something like it. If you haven’t been calling your leads using a process such as this, then you have been wasting your time (and the time of your leads)… Don’t waste time. Get out there and start building your business!

The following MLM script is never about trying to hard sell them on what you have to offer, but rather a combination of the following:

1. Listening (like Dumbo).

Actually listen to what your prospects are saying. So often I’ll talk to people and do you know what they do? Talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk… Guess what – no-one cares!! People aren’t interested in you. They’re interested in themselves. SO LISTEN!

2. Asking the right questions.

Whoever is asking the questions in a conversation is the one who is in control. An MLM script with the RIGHT QUESTIONS will improve your sign-up rate out of sight! But not just any questions – the right questions. And not just the right questions – but the right questions at the right time. I’ve got some beauties for you below…

3. Finding out their ‘why’ and their reasons for wanting to do network marketing.

Ooh this is so powerful. If your current MLM script isn’t working on finding out their ‘why’ as to why they want to do network marketing you are missing a CRUCIAL part of how to tap into their emotions. Remember – human beings make buying decisions with EMOTION and then justify it with LOGIC. Only 15-20% of people are motivated by money. Find out what motivates your prospect and use that.

4. Having tonnes of ENERGY.

Communication is 7% words, 38% body language, 55% energy/tonality. Insane when you think about it hey… but it makes sense. People are attracted to your ENERGY. MOVE while you talk. Use your hands. Your words have little importance.

5. Continually use their name!

Use their name every single opportunity you can. It helps position you better.

“Remember that a person’s name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language.” Dale Carnegie

The Ultimate MLM Script.

This MLM script helps give you better posture. This is a business of leadership. People only follow people who know where they are going. This MLM script helps you to do that.

This MLM script will literally change the way you speak to leads forever and if you’re not currently doing something like this you’ve been losing money! Where people get scared the most in MLM is picking up the phone… (believe me I’ve been there) and the best way to overcome this fear is to be prepared. I use this guide loosely, however I don’t necessarily rely on it. Be yourself! Use this MLM script just as a guide and for heaven’s sake don’t sound like this robot on the phone reading it out!

Your goal with this MLM script is never to try to do everything on one call. You put your serious prospects through a process. And when the time is right – you close them.

The Ultimate MLM Script – THE 1ST CALL.

1st call objective: Get them in front of a company presentation or webinar of some sort.

1.      Warm Up.

Before you pick up the phone get ready. Smile. Build your energy. Dial the number. Now put that energy literally through the phone and into the person on the other end of the line.

2.      Small Talk. (3-7 minutes)

When your prospect answers the phone you simply start with some small talk. Keep it fun and friendly asking them about themselves etc. Ask them the following questions.

Hey, have I got you at a good time?

This is important. They might be cooking dinner, or one of their kids might have just done a doo doo on the floor. Your MLM script needs to include this, so that you have their complete, full and undivided attention.

Where do you live?

A great question to simply find a common subject to talk about.

What do you do for a living?

SUPER CRUCIAL QUESTION. This determines their MINDSET! The mindset of a cleaner is different from that of a teacher or coach. Think about it…

How long have you worked there for?

Perhaps their job is only something temporary at the moment and they have done something else previously – like lead a football team!

What has changed in your life recently that has you keeping your options open when it comes to making additional money?

This is a SUPER CRUCIAL question to really focus in on their ‘why’. Your MLM script must have this in there too!

3.      Identify the pain.

OK, well what I do is that I help people create passive income. Does that sound like something that would help you at the moment?

Now you’ve got their pain (often something connected to money) ask them if they’d like some help solving that pain.

4.      Provide the solution.

If I could show you a way as to how you can make an additional $3k-$5k a week would that help you right now?

Now just provide that solution! How can they say no to this solution after they’ve just told you their problem?

5.      Call To Action.

OK I’ve got a web-site I want you to have a look at – if I give you this web-site address when can you take a look at it?

Don’t give them the webinar/presentation address or place unless you know WHEN THEY PLAN ON WATCHING IT. You must literally pin them down to a time so that you can get back in touch with them and close them. Most people stop the process here, and let new distributors walk right away from them. INSANE! Once you’ve got the time pinned down with them you can ask…

Great. The web-site address is www.blablabla.com I’ll call you back at (30 minutes afterwards) after you’ve taken a look at it, does that sound fair to you?

Great, I’ll call you back then. Talk soon.

Mission complete. As long as you’ve got a time in your diary when you can call them back – you’ve got something to hold them to account. And remember in their head they are thinking “I’ve got to watch this thing because this guy is going to call me back.”

The Ultimate MLM Script – THE 2nd CALL.

2nd call objective:  Get them on a 3-way call with your upline or just simply close them. Assume they are getting involved and are interested. It has been said a number of times that “the fortune is in the follow-up” yet most people don’t include this in their MLM script and will end the process at the end of the 1st call. Suicide! (well not really suicide as in real suicide – but suicide as in terms of your network marketing career!)

1. What did you like about the presentation?

Assume they liked it! Don’t ask them what they thought about it – or ‘”What did you think?”. People don’t think – they FEEL!

2. Do you have any specific questions?
If yes, and you can’t answer them get them on a 3-way call with your upline. If they don’t have anything specific to ask you, just assume that they are ready to go – let’s sign them up.

3. Great – would you like to get involved with the low price membership or high price membership?

This part of this MLM script is called an alternative close which in their mind still gives them power and it’s good for us because we win either way!

CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE A NEW DISTRIBUTOR!

THE END.

Now you’ve got this powerful MLM script under your belt get on the phone and go for it! The best network marketing leaders out there use a process like this or similar to it. Now it’s yours… listen like Dumbo, ask the right questions, find out their ‘why’ and pump yourself full of powerful energy before you pick up the phone. Oh, and please share this post below if you got a lot from it! Have a rocking day! :)
